After working for three months, he had been reported to the management by patients for not listening to them. He however took time to study in order to get more insight into caring for her patients. Josephine Monroe passed her nursing NCLEX exam and was later hired as a registered nurse in geriatric care hospital. Barely had two years passed before she was voted as the best nurse in the hospital. June Foster has been employed in a mental institution as a caring nurse. She appears less competent than normal compared to other nurses and is never at work early. Many issues have been raised against her nursing qualification and patients complain about her ignorance. Potter Davis worked for thirty years as a registered nurse and quit his work as a nursing professional in order to go to private practice. Prior quitting, Mr. Davies has not furthered his studies and was quite lazy in helping other colleagues at work. Two years after quitting his license expired and never bothered to renew it. He later applied to be reinstated back to active nursing practice after staying out of practice
